Digital Marketing Executive

About The Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Digital Marketing & Ecommerce Executive to join our growing digital agency. The core responsibilities of this role include executing and managing digital marketing strategies such as SEO, PPC, and content creation, alongside optimising e-commerce operations for a diverse client base mentoring our existing delivery team.

This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in the dynamic and fast-paced world of online marketing, working hand in hand with senior leadership.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, including SEO & PPC campaigns, to enhance online visibility and traffic.
  • Analyse performance metrics and data to continuously refine digital marketing efforts for maximum impact.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools, applying best practices to all projects.
  • Support business operations and contribute to the agency’s overall growth and success.
  • Manage key client projects and deliverables to ensure work is delivered on time to a high level of quality.
  • Provide monthly reports for clients with strategic recommendations for future months work.
  • Assisting with website management tasks, such as updating website content, improving website speed and performance, and ensuring the website is optimized for conversions.
  • Enabling delivery specialists to brainstorm new ideas and strategies to improve digital marketing efforts.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Understanding of digital marketing concepts, tools, and platforms.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO best practices and content marketing strategies.
  • Familiarity with social media management and engagement.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred:

  • Previous experience or internship in digital marketing or related field.
  • Experience with email marketing tools and marketing automation platforms.
  • Basic graphic design skills using tools like Adobe Photoshop or Canva.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and web content management systems (CMS).
  • A creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
  • Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or other relevant digital marketing certifications.

Salary: £25,000 – £29,000 depending on experience
